Bored!

Guys, i am serious fucking bored and broke. Nothing beats the 2 when they both come at the same time. My computer spoilt so i'm stuck with some shitty piece of crap that cant do much. Besides telling myself to find a job which i am slowly doing. I basically rot at home. I am praying i get the enlistment letter asap. It lets me escape reality (the working society) abit longer. Takes my mind away from alot of things going on in my head.

I am lost in what actually i should do. Whether to continue to work or to study. If i should choose to study what to study is another thing altogether.

But there's a shit load of good movies to look forward to. I havent looked forward to any movie since Avatar which was exceptionally good. But now there's movies like Green zone, Book of Eli, how to train a dragon and The last Air bender. Then there's the who to catch the movie with problem. Classmates LOL, Levis colleagues are working, Private school; lost contact. Saddening.

I am considering whether to continue my japanese classes. However its a wee bit expensive. The thingy i really want to save up for is a trip to KOREA. But yeah i need to get a job first.

So what have i been doing for the last 3 weeks besides touching up my FYP project. PARTYING and TRAINING, PARTYING AND TRAINING and yeah i giving up partying. Till now its just not my thing. After tomorrow i'm gonna give up going to the gym for 3 weeks. I noticed i gain more muscle doing static exercises and i need to recover from all the lower body exercises as i injured my elbow which is taking freaking long to heal. The most important lesson is to take your training slow and steady. If you work out everyday your body does not have enough time to heal itself and it just starts to break down.

Yes i will be heading to the gym tomorrow so i'll write my training program. Just another month before i do a before and after.

10 Standard pull up
10 Commando pullup
10 Chin up
10 Behind the Head pull up
10 Parallel pull up
Leg raise and hold 4 sets 1min 10sec
Plank 4sets 2min
3.2km slow jog in under 20mins
